Recurring Payments Stopped

Things to look for when Recurring Billing has stopped.
  • Is it for all transactions or some individual transactions
    • This can often determine if the problem is with the Apex Job or the individual settings of the record.
Checking the Apex Job:
  • Next Scheduled Run - Is the batch scheduled to run again
  • Is the batch end date still scheduled to a date in the distant future
  • Is the person who created the batch still an active Salesforce user?
Apex Job
On the Record Settings:
  • Payment Status is set to Recurring and not Error
  • Payment Start Date: Is the date in the future or in the past
  • Charge Date: Is the day of the month before or after the Payment Start Date
  • Check the Transactions under the Related Lists.  Has there been a full cycle occured
  • The Transaction is marked as Recurring
