Invalid package - This package is not yet available. Please try again later or contact the package owner.

This error happens when the package Chargent app has not been duplicated to the instance of Salesforce that the customer is on (eg. na25, na12, etc.). 

Email us the details of what instance you are on and we can open a case with Salesforce and have it manually updated.
