Recurring billing doesn't work - Troubleshooting list

Troubleshooting tips when your recurring billing stops working.

1. Payment Status = Recurring
2. Payment Start Date = Today or past
3. No recurring transaction within the time period that frequency is set to
4. Is the Batch scheduled?
5. Go to Setup > Apex Jobs to see the recent batch runs. Are there errors?
