Chargent provides a direct connection between your Salesforce account and your Payment Gateway, with no servers in between. This means we do not have access to any of your Salesforce data. In order for AppFrontier team members to see your Salesforce configuration you will need to grant temporary Support
To grant AppFrontier Support Login Access:
- From the top right hand menu, select [Your Name] > My Settings > Personal > Grant Account Login Access
- Find AppFrontier LLC Support
- Select the period of time you wish to grant us access for
- Click Save
Support Login Access can be granted in any production / sandbox account that you have access to.
After granting login access, please notify AppFrontier support at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following:
- Org ID
- Links to any records / reports in question that you wish us to have access to.
