Salesforce user cannot see Chargent objects, fields, tabs or buttons
This will happen if either the Salesforce user isn?t assigned a license or if their permissions in Salesforce are not set to allow them to see those fields.
Check to make sure the Salesforce user has a license to use Chargent by clicking on Setup > View Installed Packages then manage licenses.
Check the profile assigned to the user and make sure they have access to Chargent objects and tabs.
