Sorry, we don't accept Visa or MasterCard error message

If you see the message "Sorry, we don't accept {card type}" when clicking on a Payment Request link, the issue is one of two things: 
  1. You have not selected any values in the "Available Card Types" field in your Gateway record 
  2. You have multiple gateways active, and a  Gateway is not defined in the record that your are generating the payment  request from.
