How can I see the last 4 digits of a card using tokenization / Payment Console?

The Last 4 digits of the Card and the Expiration Date are stored in Chargent's Card Last 4, Card Expiration Month , and Card Expiration Year fields, even when using tokenization via the Payment Console or having the credit card details cleared using the Credit Card Handling field.

This data is also displayed in the Card Details Visualforce page, which you may want to add to your page layouts with a height of 20 pixels. That component has the additional features of color coding (Green, Yellow, Red) for the expiration status of the card, and also displays the card type (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Some payment gateways also keep the last 4 digits of a card as the last 4 digits of a token, so it would be visible in the Token field, though you would need to check to see if your payment gateway provider does that.
