Tokenization in can send tokens to Salesforce however it's done with their Customer Information Management (CIM).  You would enable CIM through your account by logging into, selecting Tools, and choose in the left column Customer Information Management.  Follow setup instructions to enable tokenization.

You can also contact to have them setup CIM for you.

From within your Salesforce Org, you want to do the following.
  1. Click on the App Launcher
  2. Locate and select Gateways 
  3. Click on your Gateway name and click Edit
  4. Check the box that says Tokenization
  5. Click Save
