How do I use my own email templates?

Email templates are triggered by standard Workflow Rules in Salesforce with standard Salesforce email templates.  You can modify the email templates and use the existing merge fields to populate the Chargent fields.  Since workflow rules are managed you can either clone them adding your new email template to the trigger or create a new workflow rule.
