What does the Account Updater batch look for to determine what records need updating?

The Account Updater will evaluate according to the below criteria each time the batch job is ran
 

1. All Chargent Orders
2. If a custom filter is specified in the custom settings it will be applied to #1

 

For each Chargent Order identified above
 

If the Expiration Month and Expiration Year is NOT NULL AND is a numeric value


-AND-


- If no notification has been sent in the last 6-7 days


-AND-


- The Expiration Month/Year is <= the Current Month/Year
 

A notification will be sent
 


Common Issues

1. Malformed Custom Setting filter string
2. Custom Setting filter string filtering records you did not want it to
3. Expiration Month or Year is null or not a number
4. Expiration Month and year is > current Month/Year
5. Batch not scheduled to run
