This error can be encountered if you are attempting to Void or Refund test transactions from Authorize.net.
If you are using an Authorize.net sandbox environment, your sandbox should always be set to Live Mode. Transactions submitted in test mode are not stored and will return a transaction ID of zero.
Chargent stores the transaction ID in its Gateway ID field, and it is required to connect Voids or Refunds to a previous transaction record.
