How to resend a receipt

Most receipts are sent from your gateway when the billing email address is populated, however sometimes you want to send the custom receipt that is being sent from Salesforce when a transaction has been approved.  To do that you need to go to the Transaction record.  Under Activity History select Send Email. 

Select the Template for Customer Email and the merge fields from the transaction will populate.
