Chargent Terminal transaction not logged in Salesforce

Since Chargent Terminal uses WiFi to transmit the data to Salesforce, you should make sure you are using a reliable and steady WiFi Network.  If the WiFi at the location is not stable enough to get this transaction through to the Salesforce API, then there might be a 401 error in the debug logs.  
You should move the unit closer to the WiFi signal or connect via an Ethernet connection to the Chargent Terminal.

If you are seeing a delay with the amounts showing up on the terminal, after you clicked the "Send to Terminal" button in Salesforce, you can double tap on the terminal's clock to reset the connection to Salesforce.
