I'm receiving an error saying my credentials are incorrect using the Setup Wizard

If you have double checked the credentials you are entering, and are using the Chargent Setup Wizard, this could mean that your Remote Site Setting for the Payment Gateway is not Active.

Please go into the Salesforce Remote Site Settings to activate it.
  1. Click the gear icon on the top right and chose Setup
  2. Type in the Quick Find box enter Remote Site Settings
  3. Click Edit next to the gateway you are using
  4. Check the Active box 
  5. Click Save
