Salesforce has hourly limitations for processing Workflow Time Triggers.  You can request the limit be increased from Salesforce Support.

1. Click the gear icon and select Setup
2. Under Company Settings choose Company Information
3. Select the Organization Edition field.

You can then have your Salesforce Administrator submit the ticket to Salesforce.
